Assign a Scheduled Job to Multiple Users

1. Select the Users button to view the jobs in user resource view for each day. This button is at the top of the Scheduler page.

2. Select the schedule job box you require.
3. Copy(Ctrl C) the job and paste(Ctrl V) it on other user names to assign the job to other users that you require multiple users to attend the job.


TIP: You must use your keyboard commands (Ctrl/Comm C and V) to copy and paste between jobs
