Email Support

EMAC provides email support between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Fridays, Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).

Email questions to support@emac.com.au 
All support emails received will create a support ticket and will be responded within the support hours.

 

Sending a Support Email From EMAC

1. Select the help icon  from the EMAC header.
2. Select Send Support Email.
3. Enter the email information.
4. Select the Send button.
