Finding an Invoice

1. Select Find Invoice from the main menu.

2. Search the Invoice number from the Invoice summary table.

Creating Invoice Retention

1. Open the Invoice and select the Invoice Retention tab. 

2. Enter Retention Period 1 project completion retention release date.
3. Enter Retention Period 1 project completion retention release amount.
4. Enter Retention Period 2 final retention release date.
5. Enter Retention Period 2 final completion retention release amount.
6. Select the Create button.

Entering an Invoice Retention payment

1. Select Find Retention Invoice from the main menu.

2. Search the Invoice number from the Invoice Retention summary table.
3. Select the View Icon. (Magnified glass) 
4. Add amount paid to either Retention Period 1 or Retention Period 2 depending on payment type and project completion period.
Note: partial payments can be accepted. If a partial payment is received the Period Payment status will become "Partial payment".
5. Select the Save button.

Invoice Retention History

1. Select Find Retention Invoice from the main menu.

2.
View scheduled payment dates and amounts for all Invoices with retention held.
3. View Retention amounts for all Invoices with retention held.
