Timesheets are automatically generated as you add labour to any Current Job.
TIP: When Labour is added to a Completed Jobs it is not added onto the Timesheet.
The Timesheet home screen is the summary view. The summary view shows the accumulated total hours of each user per day.
To see a detailed view of each users jobs for the weekly timesheet period you have to first select the users name. After selecting the users name a detailed view will appear showing every job that the user has added labour hours to each day.
To view the PDF of the timesheets for the weekly pay, select the PDF button.
