User Roles/Groups

EMAC User Types

Master User
Owner of the account. The Master user has full account user privileges.

Supervisor User
Medium level access. The Supervisor user can quote, invoice, view job costing, add labour to other users and schedule users. The Supervisor user has minimal destructive access to an account.

Office User
Office administration purposes. The Office user can not be assigned to jobs, create their own time sheets or be assigned to jobs on the scheduler. The Office user has high level access with minimal destructive access to an account.

Tech User
Minimum required access with no access to financial information. The Tech user is for trades and apprentice staff that are working within the business. The Tech user can view jobs, create their own time sheets, service reports, add information to jobs and only view their own scheduler.
