How User Privileges Works

In this help article:
Edit User Privileges 
Group and Custom user types
From the header select the  icon.

Select the User Privileges Tab.

User Privileges provides the ability to select the access privileges for each user group/role to your EMAC account. 

To find out more about user groups/roles view the Create new User content of the Help Centre.

Master user Privileges are not able to be edited. The Master user role has access to the entire EMAC account.

The user groups/roles available for alteration are Supervisor user, Office user and Tech user.


Edit User Privileges 

To Edit user privileges throughout the system. Navigate the selections and make the changes as requires.

After making changes select the Save button.

Note: Changes made to User Privileges are also the same when EMAC is used via a mobile device or tablet.

Group and Custom user types

User profiles can also be edited in each User Profile to change the Privacy from Group to Custom.  

If Custom privacy is selected for a user profile the User privileges can be Edited for one particular user. Regardless of User group/role.
